Cascadia & UWB Wellness Fest 2022

The HaWRC (Health and Wellness Resource Center) will be hosting the 4^th annual Wellness Fest on Wednesday, May 18th, from 11:00am-4:00pm at the upper level of the ARC.

We will have on and off campus partners presenting games, activities, and information related to wellness of all kinds. This includes therapy dogs, tips on outdoor adventures, physical fitness, art and healing crafts, food resources, financial wellness, sexual health, and environmental wellness. There will also be live events throughout the day: live yoga, student speakers sharing mental health experiences, our campus bee expert, and others. Many of these activities have been created by our own students on campus.

With generous sponsorship from Evergreen Health, we will also be able to offer a prize raffle with amazing prizes: Sony noise cancelling headphones, coffee makers, Yeti tumblers, and Amazon gift cards, just to name a few.
