Lecture & Cooking Demo with The Kodiak Cave

Join us in a lecture and cooking demo on the ethics and impacts to local tribes when it comes to sustainably harvesting salmon in the PNW. We will be learning traditional methods of cooking salmon as well as cooking methods you can use in your home or apartement.

All ingredients are provided for free so don't worry about the cost. Please sign up before Aprill 18th by 11:59 PM! We are offering curbside pickup and delivery options (delivery is for Cascadia studets only and you must live within a 10 mile radius of campus) so you have multiple ways to get your food.
